Email Templates

Available Templates

ToolDocs™ includes eight customizable email templates:

1. Email Verification — verification code or link sent during login
2. Registration Verification — verification during registration
3. Registration Confirmation (User) — welcome email to new user
4. Registration Notification (Admin) — alert to admin about new registration
5. Whitelist Request Confirmation (User) — acknowledgment to requester
6. Whitelist Request Notification (Admin) — alert to admin with approve/deny links
7. Whitelist Approval (User) — notification that request was approved
8. Combined Admin Notification — combined registration and whitelist alert

Editing Templates

Go to ToolDocs → Emails → Templates to view and edit templates. Templates use HTML with variable placeholders that are replaced with actual data when the email is sent. You can also reset all templates to their defaults.

Email Branding

All templates support the email logo you configure in Emails → Settings. The logo appears at the top of every email.
