Email Log
Accessing the Log
Go to ToolDocs → Emails → Log to view every email sent by the plugin.
Log Entry Details
Each entry shows the email type, recipient, subject, delivery status (sent or failed), error message (if failed), and timestamp. Click any entry to view the full email body.
Filtering
Filter the log by email type and delivery status to quickly find specific emails or diagnose delivery problems.
Cleanup
Use the cleanup tool to remove old log entries and keep the database lean. This is useful for sites with high registration volume.
Troubleshooting Delivery
If emails show as “failed” in the log, the issue is typically with your WordPress mail configuration, not ToolDocs™. Common fixes include installing an SMTP plugin, verifying your server’s mail configuration, and checking spam filters on the receiving end.
