Download History & Export

Viewing Download History

Go to ToolDocs → Download History to see every file download event. Each entry includes the file name, user (or anonymous), download timestamp, source page, categories, and whether it was a gated or ungated download.

Filtering

Filter the history by date range, user, file, and category to find specific download events or analyze patterns.

Exporting Data

Click the Export button to download the filtered data as a spreadsheet. Exports use the OpenSpout library for reliable spreadsheet generation. Form submissions can be exported separately from Forms → Submissions.

Download Statistics

Each file’s total download count is tracked and displayed in the Dashboard. The Dashboard overview also shows aggregate statistics across all files.
