Page Assignments

Under Settings → General, assign the WordPress pages that contain your ToolDocs™ shortcodes:

• Login Page — page with [td_document_login]
• Registration Page — page with [td_document_registration]
• Whitelist Registration Page — page with [td_whitelist_registration]
• Login Redirect Path — where users go after login (when no specific document redirect)

Upload Directory

Default: wp-content/uploads/tooldocs/. Must be within wp-content/uploads/. The directory is created automatically.

Bypass Link

When enabled, [td_file] shortcodes render two links: the icon links to the ungated hash, the text links to the gated hash. See Bypass Links for details.

File Version History

Set how many previous versions to retain when files are replaced (0–4). Default: 0 (no history).

Tracking Exclusions

Go to Settings → Tracking Exclusions to exclude specific WordPress user roles from download and page view tracking. Administrators are excluded by default to avoid inflating analytics with admin activity.
